True North Painting is a small company based out of Belton Mo. Brandon has been in the trade of painting for 20 years strong. He is married to his beautiful wife Jill and they have two amazing kids, Thomas and Marley. They are involved in their local church and really enjoy time with family and friends. At the core of their perception on what they want their business to be about, it’s family. Treat customers like family. Treat crew members like family. Always work hard at serving the ones that place their trust in them.

Meet the Team
Brandon - sales/production manager
Brandon has been in the painting industry full time for 15+ years. While he does not have every answer he has seen his fair share of painting mysteries. He has been involved with various aspects of painting from commercial settings, new homes, Brookside repaints, cabinet refinishes, etc. Brandon is passionate about delivering a great product at a competitive price.
Jillian - Partner
Jill is a key player in our day to day functions. She has several years of painting experience under her belt. She is our quick books champion and is at the forefront of systems development. We simply cannot do what we do with out her hand in it.
Travis
Travis is our job lead or in other words a field supervisor. Travis is all about getting things done right. Integrity is his motto! Travis has been painting for 5+ years. He is very personable by nature, easy to talk to and the kind of guy you want on your home. Travis is an artist by nature and his creativity definitely shows in his work.
Shane and family
This is the Helm family. Shane (left), Arian (right) and Levi (center). While Shane is a local hero putting out fires and Saving lives we are fortunate to have him part time as our wood rot specialist/painter.
Charity
Charity is a great team member to have on board. Immigrating to the US from Canada has been a big change for Charity. Her painting skills though were unhindered. Charity is a 17 yr career painter who understands how to deliver quality. She is an all around joy to work with.
